How making money in your biz can be easy…

If you want more money in your business you have to recognize that you have the ability to make more money.

The problem is you have the expectation that you can’t make more money in your business.

What if it was actually easy to make money?

The first time I heard one of my coaches say that my initial response was to think to myself, “F*ck you and your multi-7 figure business. Of course, it’s easy for you to make money, but you’re not where I am.”

Then I realized that I was the problem in that thought.

My limiting belief was getting in the way. I had already decided it wasn’t easy to make money and that I couldn’t make a lot of money.

So I had to work through that, with some help. And when I did I went from an average of $500 in monthly sales to an average of $20,000 in monthly sales in 30 days, with the help of an amazing mindset coach.

Here is where I see a lot of conscious entrepreneurs getting stuck:

We’ve got this beautiful relationship with Spirit, with setting intentions, with That Which is Greater Than Ourselves and feel a lot of flow, ease and grace in the 5th dimension, in the level of consciousness.

We get tripped up with trying to translate that into the 3rd dimension - the physical, human reality. It seems impossibly hard to exist well in our humanness and we find ourselves in a lot of struggle and lack.

But here’s the thing: We are spiritual beings in the physical reality.

This is a beautiful opportunity for us to learn to translate the spiritual into the physical. This is a HUGE gift that we have been given in this lifetime to learn how to do just that.

Translating the spiritual into the physical is a GIFT.

What if it was actually easy to make money?

What would that look like for you? And, why doesn’t your business look like that right now?

Think about that for a minute. Your answer to these questions will show you what you are resisting.

Comment below and let me know what you are resisting!

I honestly don't know what exactly holds me back besides maybe my mindset. Maybe I'm resisting success because I'm afraid of it or think I'm unworthy. I don't know.

Rhoda: Yes, certainly being afraid of success of thinking you are unworthy stops lots of entrepreneurs moving forward. Actually having everything we say we want can be terrifying! Especially if it means we have to give up parts of what is familiar to us. Emma

Truthfully, Emma, my responsibility to my kids holds me back. I am a health intuitive, medium, and chakra healer, and single mom. It is tricky trying to grow this business without letting any of the girl scout moms, PTO, or softball team folks know what I really do. I am concerned about the social acceptance and well-being of my kids. I set a boundary for not working or networking during the evenings or on weekends that I have them. They are my priority and will be until they finish school. I hear how anyone can create a 6 figure income. I know I can too. I want to know how I can do that and still be able to pick kids up from school at 3pm and run them to all their evening/weekend tournaments and activities. I love what I do and I love my family too. Is it possible to earn 6 figures with me working 9am-3:30 M-F and every other weekend? P.S. I'm looking forward to seeing you next week in Asheville!

Reading this again, and suddenly I'm thinking about how we are spiritual creatures. Every moment of our lives we are manifesting ourselves physically. Why should money be any harder to manifest than thought? Suddenly, the resistance seems less. I'm literally having problems moving any farther beyond that one realization, maybe because all my understanding has gone into the idea of struggle and now I find I've been fighting with myself, so I stop...but I'm not sure what to do now?

Teresa: Great questions! My hit on this is that the first step for you to take is to change your assumption that how much time you spend in your business is what will get you to six figures - essentially, to stop trading dollars for hours in your head - make sense? I would need to understand more about your business, but I know many 6 figure business owners who work 30 hours or less a week in their business. It's all about deciding that you are NOT responsible for everything in your business, that you deserve and can accept support and that you will no longer trade dollars for hours.
