Products + Services Alignment

Products and Services are the container and foundation of your business. They are the vessels by which your clients and customers will be served. This vessel must be built to hold your clients, deliver the transformation or product you offer, AND provide you with the abundant cashflow your life and mission requires.

Too often I see entrepreneurs with big visions whose vessels simply cannot provide for the vision. They come to the ocean with a thimble. 

This month we’ll focus on every aspect of your products + services, ensuring that everything, from the name, the price point, the components, the delivery, and the upsell funnel [if applicable] are in alignment with your life, business, and financial intentions. This might mean a complete revamping of your offerings and it might mean a couple of minor tweaks or even subtractions if your offerings are cluttered and non-cohesive. You will create your compelling front door offer that will create cash flow quickly.

Client + Customer Alignment

The foundation of your soul aligned business is the joyful opportunity to serve soulmate clients who inspire you to serve at greater and greater capacities.

EXPANSION recognizes your divine gifts and the divinity within your clients and customers. We'll dive into clearly defining, refining, and calling in your soulmate clients. This may mean narrowing your genius niche, and it may mean a complete pivot on who you serve. Either way, alignment, ease, joy, and excitement await.

Marketing + Sales Alignment

Learn to, or expand, your love for marketing! Utilizing your client attraction blueprint, you will hone in and refine your brand, brand identity, marketing strategies, platforms, and processes.

Along with your unique and compelling client attraction combination, you will learn or refine principles of persuasion that are not only foundational to the human experience, but in complete integrity with your own operating system.

Sales is simply the process through which you will accompany your soulmate clients through to partnering with your transformational process.

You'll build or refine your ideal and life-giving sales process, including selling without phone consultations, if you so desire.

Business Systems + Contributors Alignment

We’ll ensure that every aspect of the back end of your business, including your technology, implementation tools and methods, and your contributors (employees, advisors, contractors and vendors) are in full alignment with you, and with the objectives of the business and your mission.

As with all areas, this can mean minor tweaks or it may require an organizational pivot. We'll be with you every step of the way.

Financial Alignment

In addition to implementing tools and best practices for 6-figure financial management, we will test and tweak to ensure that every aspect of your business is in alignment with your soul and financial intention as you moved, shifted, and implemented like a badass over the previous 5 months. We’ll be in full blown implementation mode with every aspect of your business, and you will be rocking results! At the end of the six months you’ll be able to say with confidence that you know exactly how to utilize your soul and your alignment process to scale to whatever level will serve your life and your mission.
